My Background

I work as a coach and consultant to develop the potential of people, organisations and ideas - drawing on 25 years experience of working with a wide variety of people and organisations.

What I do

I work with:

individuals and groups to support their professional and personal development.
organisations to design, deliver and evaluate interventions in support of organisation development and change.
individuals, groups and organisations to foster creativity and to support the implementation and evaluation of ideas and projects.

I have been an Associate Lecturer for the Open University for 9 years - on programmes for leadership and management , sustainable enterprise, communication and counselling skills.

Qualifications

My relevant qualifications include:

Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring
Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy
MSc in Organisation Development

I am also an accredited practitioner in the Myers Briggs personality inventory.
